Due to careful layout and RF techniques the noise figure is exceedingly low over the entire operating range of the device at about 1.5dB nominal. This maximizes compatibility with a large range of applications.Each LaNA module has an internal EMI shield to protect the sensitive circuitry from external interference and is fully protected from ESD overload and RF overload.Each module allows for 3 different power options but you should only power with one option at any given time! The recommended power input through the SMA output port (for BiasTee capable SDRs like the NESDR SMArTee XTR) is 3V-5V DC. A maximum current requirement of 65mA ensures compatibility with nearly all BiasTee configurations.Alternatively if you dont have a BiasTee capable SDR you can use the external power options--the USB-C port or DC barrel connector via the included DC to USB-C adapter. The recommended external power input is 3.3V-5.5V DC.Though there is protection circuitry on LaNA for overvoltage conditions--and voltages of up to 12V DC should still work and will not damage the device--it is not recommended to exceed the recommended input voltage range for long-term use.Proudly made in North America ensuring exceptional quality and reliability and backed by a generous 2-year warranty for peace of mind!
